Once the communications strategies/tactics/activities have been selected determine what resources (people, money and materials) will need to be allocated to complete the tasks then establish a budget for each activity. If the sum of the costs exceed the resources available either reduce the activities or consider raising additional revenue needed for the campaign.

b) Lunch at the church - $400
c) Microphone and speakers system - borrow from Parks and Recreation
d) Printing of tour handouts - 20 copies - $400
e) Misc. costs - $200
